Data Deletion Policy
VXA values your privacy. In accordance with Facebook Platform rules and GDPR, you have the right to request the deletion of your data.
You can delete your data in two ways: either by disconnecting the Facebook integration or by deleting your VXA account entirely.
Option 1: Disconnect Facebook (Keep VXA Account)
If you wish to keep your VXA account but remove the Facebook integration and its associated data:
- Log in to your VXA Labs dashboard.
- Go to Settings → Integrations.
- Click Disconnect next to the Facebook/Meta icon.
This will immediately remove the active connection and purge tokens associated with your Facebook account from our system.
Option 2: Permanent Account Deletion (Remove All Data)
If you wish to delete your VXA account and all associated data (including Facebook data):
- Send an email to support@vxalabs.com from your registered email address.
- Subject Line: "Request to Delete Account".
We will process your request and permanently delete your account and all data within 7 business days.
Verification of Deletion
Once your data is deleted (via either option), you will receive a confirmation email stating that your information has been purged from our servers.
